Timber Ridge Condominium Association was
incorporated in 1979, under the Colorado Non-Profit
Corporation Act, Article 20, Title 7, C.R.S. 1973, for the
purpose of establishing a condominium
project under the Condominium Ownership Act of the State of
Colorado, 38-33-101 et seq., C.R.S.
1973 (as amended). The
Declaration establishing such project was initially recorded on
September 20th,
1965 in Book 215 at Page 429, et seq., of the records of the
Clerk and Recorder, County of Pitkin,
State of Colorado.
